Hanjin Tan x Chi Heng Foundation x Mira Mall Umbrellas for Charity

Back in April, I had a God-given opportunity to collaborate with Hanjin Tan (a very well known Singaporean musician from Hong Kong), Chi Heng Foundation and Mira Mall on a charity redemption program.  The purpose was to raise fund to help the HIV affected orphans in Mainland China.  Though my contribution was very small (I only did the little caricature of Hanjin), I am still glad that I could be part of something so meaningful.  The rest of the artwork on the umbrella was done by one of the HIV affected orphans, and the title of the work was "Dream."  For me, this little collaboration was A TOTAL DREAM COME TRUE because I--as a super fan of Hanjin--never thought I could ever work with my idol in such a way!

Now, if you want to support me (because you are a friend of mine :P) or Hanjin, or simply want to help out the HIV affected orphans in China, you can make a donation of HK$50 or more to Chi Heng Foundation at The Mira Mall in Tsim Sha Tsui, then you will receive one of these beautiful umbrellas!  The redemption program only lasts from June 12 - July 13, so act fast!  Be sure to stop by the "Dream" exhibition corner (Shop 203) to check out other artworks by the orphans as well!
