Scatches
Current in HK because of family issue. Since I don't have a scanner here, I can only take photos of my drawings. Will put up a higher res version once I return to Vancity.

Mission Possible
I went to Mission Possible this morning with some Emily Carr and SFU students & staffs to host an art session for people who reside in the Downtown Eastside neighbourhood. We were supposed to do self-portraits today but some visitors were too shy to pick up a pen and decided to ask us to draw them a portrait instead.
Here are some of the drawings that I did within the two hours:
Near the end of the session, both James--a currently Emily Carr 3rd year student--and I were asked to do a portrait for a man named John. It was my first time using watercolour pencils, so it took me a while to get used to it. I think it's a smartly designed art medium and is very easy to handle. I will definitely draw with them again.
- The left one was done by John and the right one by me.

Happy Bunny Year
I had been very busy prepping for Chinese New Year in the past week- -I was cleaning up my room, helping my mom to make new year goodies, and greeting all my oversea relatives on the phone (which, I think, is a super painful + frustrating task because the phone lines were ALWAYS busy). Now that the new year is here, I can finally take a break to enjoy my clean room, some good food and the family togetherness.
Wish you all good health, prosperity and peace in the Year of Rabbit!
